We are looking for a Finance & Operations Associate to help run the financial and operational engine of the company. You will maintain the financial models and KPI reporting that keep leadership informed, partner with Sales on RevOps and forecasting, and build the scalable processes that let a lean team punch above its weight. This is a high-ownership role for someone early in their career who wants to build broad commercial skills at a fast-moving healthcare SaaS company.
Responsibilities
Financial modelling: Maintain and update financial models working closely with our finance function, covering P&L, headcount, and scenario planning, to give leadership the visibility needed to make fast, well-informed decisions
KPIs reporting: Own the company KPI dashboard (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, product usage and adoption metrics) and prepare the monthly board pack and investor update with supporting data
Commercial operations: Design and drive scalable commercial operations processes and frameworks, establishing performance metrics and reporting cadences across sales productivity, pipeline health, client performance, and SLAs.
Revenue ops: Partner with Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success to ensure reliable forecast inputs and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot, coordinate usage-based invoicing, and maintain a clean view of renewal timelines and customer commitments
People admin: Run employee onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, covering contracts, system access, equipment, and HR documentation, and serve as the first point of contact for routine people ops queries.
Automation: Use AI tools and lightweight automations to eliminate repetitive workflows across finance, sales, revenue, and ops, and actively explore how emerging AI capabilities can help a lean team operate at a scale beyond its headcount.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in finance, biz ops, consulting, or a revenue operations role, ideally at a B2B SaaS or tech startupa
Strong financial modelling skills, comfortable building and maintaining spreadsheet models from scratch
Hands-on experience with CRM and finance tooling (HubSpot, Xero, Notion or equivalent) and a bias towards automating repetitive work.
Comfortable working across functions, from Sales and Finance to People, with the structured thinking to build processes that scale.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a lean, fast-moving environment.
Experienced with AI tools and workflow automation, and hungry to find the next thing worth automating.
Clear communicator, able to distil financial and operational data into crisp summaries for non-finance stakeholders.
A finance qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
