Changi General Hospital launches Bot MD's A.I. Clinical Assistant to power instant information search for doctors and nurses across the hospital
Changi General Hospital (CGH) and Bot MD announce the launch of a developed-in-Singapore A.I. Clinical Assistant that will power instant hospital information search for 1,500 doctors and nurses in a single mobile chat interface, enabling them to get the clinical and operational information they need on the go.
By simply querying Bot MD's A.I., doctors and nurses can instantly search for who's on call or receive the right clinical information based on the hospital's internal guidelines and drug/lab formulary, without having to search across multiple systems in the hospital intranet.
The Bot MD Hospital Platform is also integrated with SingHealth's E-Directory and Doctor roster schedules to allow CGH doctors and nurses to search for directory and roster information across all 20 SingHealth institutions. The A.I. can even assist in a reverse contact search to verify if the call they have missed came from a hospital colleague.

Bot MD is also integrated with CGH's Sharepoint intranet environment enabling doctors and nurses to search clinical protocols while on the go. The platform also includes instant access to the CGH drug formulary and drug image database to allow users to easily verify drug prescriptions with their patients and to look up drug subsidies and availability before prescribing medication.
The upgraded Bot MD Hospital platform now includes Einstein, a web-based admin dashboard that allows CGH hospital and department administrators to easily manage their users, sync their hospital drug and lab formulary, guidelines and protocols as well as send hospital-wide broadcasts. Hospital management can also easily track user analytics to determine the types of hospital information to add.
