Generation Prime partners Bot MD to automate IVF patient reminders and engagement with WhatsApp

Regional In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Concierge Service Generation Prime partners Bot MD to introduce automated WhatsApp reminders for their IVF patients in partner clinics across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

The Bot MD Care platform includes a widget embedded on Generation Prime's website that can instantly address patients' frequently asked questions. Patients who leave their contact with Generation Prime after clicking on the "Schedule Free Consultation" button will be enrolled to receive a link in WhatsApp, through which they would be directed to an online form to submit information about their medical history.

Other frequently asked questions that the Bot MD widget can address include the IVF concierge's range of services, partner clinics, location and hours. The Bot MD Care platform also includes an automated handover to Live Agent chat with customer service staff in WhatsApp.

Patients who have embarked on IVF treatment with Generation Prime's partner clinics in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia will receive automated WhatsApp reminders for their injections, medication and upcoming clinic appointment as part of their IVF treatment schedule. Patients will also receive automated instructions to prepare for each visit at various stages of their IVF treatment schedule.
